The Role
* Managing a varied portfolio of business rates cases
* Preparing and handling Check, Challenge & Appeal submissions
* Undertaking inspections, valuations and negotiations
* Representing clients with the VOA and billing authorities
* Supporting client growth and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
* MRICS qualified with strong Business Rates experience
* Proven track record managing complex cases and client relationships
* Strong valuation, negotiation and analytical skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach
* Existing client following advantageous
