You'll lead workforce planning initiatives, optimize talent allocation, and influence strategic decisions that drive business success. This is a high-impact role where you'll: Collaborate with industry leaders to forecast demand and align capacity. Drive proactive resourcing strategies across regions and globally. Influence senior stakeholders and embed yourself in talent conversations. Use data and emotional intelligence to solve complex staffing puzzles. What You'll Do Lead demand planning and capacity forecasting. Partner with consulting and market leaders to optimize resourcing. Understand and manage talent pools, skill gaps, and development needs. What We're Looking For 2 years in resource management or workforce planning. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
