About the Role
When you become part of the Guest Services team at Cribbs, you join a team of like-minded individuals. Every customer conversation or guidance shared is an opportunity to enrich the customer experience.
You will be working on a rota of 7 days on, 3 days off; 7 days on, 4 days off; with 8.5-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts depending on the rota, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
* Actively engage with customers, recognizing the value of their feedback in shaping our services, and report it accordingly.
* Serve as a central point of contact at the information desk, playing a crucial role in daily operations.
* Record and monitor lost property, facilitating its return to customers where possible.
* Facilitate the loan of mobility equipment within the accessibility centre, including cleaning and monitoring equipment for safe use.
* Maintain all equipment and environments to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Follow health, safety, and safeguarding procedures; report incidents or accidents promptly.
* Participate in site emergency management plans (full training provided).
* First Aid Responder (training provided).
About You
* A passion for working within the retail/customer service industry; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
* A fun, energetic nature with a can-do attitude.
* Reliable, relatable, and authentic.
* Willing to undergo a mandatory DBS check if requested.
