Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Receptionist.
* Perform clerical duties.
* Scanning letters and coding
* Answer patient phone calls in a professional and courteous manner booking appointments and navigating queries.
* Progression to prescription issuing.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
* Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records on a specific patient record system (EMIS).
* Provide administrative support to reception task lists

* Qualifications:

o Previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role is preferred- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, email)- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks (ie coding medical records)- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note: This is a paid position. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.41 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
