We have an exciting opportunity in our Conference and
Banqueting team as an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager. You
will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests

Main Duties-
* Co-organize
and supervise conferences and functions
* Ensure
service quality, quantity and presentation are provided to guests, in
accordance with brand standards.
* Ensure
customer expectations are met in full
* Oversee
day to day operations of Events ensuring consistency at the highest level
of service by training and developing staff
* Recognize
opportunities to up-sell and suggest enhancements to create outstanding
events
* Follow
Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
What do you need to apply?
We look for strong communication, organisational and
decision making skills alongside the ability to establish excellent customer
and associate relationships. You will be able to use standard software
applications and hotel systems and assist with financial management. Experience
working within a Conference and Banqueting or similar environment essential
