The Role: They seek an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong tax compliance experience aiming for fast-track career progression, including a clear path to equity partnership. Responsibilities include managing a team, handling client portfolios, and providing tax compliance and advisory services, working independently with clients.
What you will do:
1. Tax Compliance Management: Oversee tax compliance for various clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
2. Client Advisory: Provide high-quality tax advisory services, guidance on tax planning and efficiency (experience preferred but not essential).
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering development.
4. Client Management: Independently meet clients, discuss needs, and build relationships.
5. Billing & Profitability: Manage client billing and maintain profitability.
What you will have:
* Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified, aiming to complete CTA or with CTA completed.
* Experience: Strong tax compliance experience; tax advisory experience is a plus; accountancy background desirable; experience with Ireland tax matters advantageous.
* Skills: Proven team management, excellent communication, organizational skills, and billing experience; ambitious to succeed and grow.
