Field and home-based account management role managing already existing relationships with developers, housebuilders, contractors and distributors. This is a mostly account managing role dealing with already existing contacts and you will be responsible for managing projects from specification through to completion.

They are keen to talk to individuals with experience of selling any construction products to housebuilders or developers. They will also consider ventilation / plumbing / heating / electrical products to distribution. The right attitude and ambition is more important than product knowledge as they will give training. You will need skills in negotiating and communication coupled with a proactive and organised approach as this is a busy role.
