People Advisor Ipswich (Hybrid, 3 days office based, 2 from home) 9-5pm £35,000 per annum Our client is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join their well-established and welcoming team. You will take ownership of your own areas of responsibility, while benefiting from the support and collaboration of colleagues, working together to deliver a high-quality, consistent HR service. Key Responsibilities Offer clear and consistent advice to managers and employees on policies and procedures across multiple terms and conditions within the group. Provide professional HR support, guidance, and coaching across a broad range of employee relations casework, including disciplinary, performance management, TUPE, restructures, redundancy, and absence management, up to and including dismissals and appeals. Lead and manage safeguarding investigations, strategy meetings where required. Coach and support line managers across the UK on employee relations matters, liaising with trade unions where appropriate. Proactively oversee absence management cases in partnership with managers to help reduce overall absence levels. Provide accurate procedural and policy guidance to colleagues and management teams.
