Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
In this role you can expect to work alongside our highly experienced property lawyers, giving them the necessary support to allow them to provide continuous, quality legal advice and an exceptional conveyancing service to our clients. Whilst you won't be expected to manage your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to support fee earners when and where necessary and will therefore need to be confident in progressing matters from inception to completion for both freehold and leasehold properties.
About You
We're looking for an experienced paralegal or conveyancing assistant with a personable nature, who has a willingness to get stuck in and wants to join a close-knit team. Our ideal candidate will have the following:
1. A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do approach
2. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to priotise tasks
3. Demonstrable experience in a similar role
4. The confidence to deal with cases independently, to provide support and cover during busy times and during periods of absence within the team
