The Role
As a Query Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with disputes, validating data and resolving issues in line with the dispute management process.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Providing a high level of customer service to deal with complaints linked to accounts
7. Managing Purchase Orders
8. Dealing with customer refunds and credit notes
9. Controlling and monitoring daily query levels
10. Highlighting and escalating process gaps
11. Handling inbound calls
12. Developing good relationships with internal stakeholders
13. Any other ad hoc administration duties
Requirements:
14. Experience in using systems such as iCABS, Onguard and SOP or similar
15. Experience in dealing with high-volume inbound calls
16. Experience working within a customer service environment
17. Ability to work to tight deadlines
18. Excellent IT skills including MS Office
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
20. Good organisational skills
