FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR PART TIME

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedFinance Administratorto provide clerical and administrative support to our finance team. This part-time, hybrid role offers flexibility in working hours and a balance of office and home-based work. The position involves a mix of financial and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of finance operations.
You will be required to attend the office 1 day per week to meet the Finance Director, but hours can still be flexible on that day i.e. childcare etc
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Record Keeping:Accurately input financial transactions, invoices, and expenses into spreadsheets or accounting software. Maintain and organise financial records (digital and physical).
2. Invoice & Expense Processing:Verify, process, and prepare invoices for payment. Handle employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
