About the Role
The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is vital to TikTok's advertising growth. We collaborate with business leaders in strategy, insights, revenue planning, sales, client incentives, policy-making, and operational effectiveness to ensure productive cross-functional partnerships.
The Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager will join the MSO team for the Global Gaming business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently or within a team. The role focuses on Data, Strategy, Reporting, and Projects.
Responsibilities
* Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Creatives, Measurement, Marketing) to test assumptions and implement solutions.
* Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for leadership by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights.
* Drive reporting and analytics: create dashboards, insightful reports, and recommend solutions to foster business growth.
* Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, and customers, providing actionable recommendations.
* Monitor commercial performance, define and track key metrics, develop dashboards, and assess operational trends.
* Perform weekly deep-dive analyses on business performance, ad metrics, and product performance.
Minimum Qualifications
* Self-starter with strong time management skills, capable of working with minimal supervision.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-cultural environments; quick learner with in-depth industry knowledge.
* Structured thinker able to solve complex problems simply and effectively.
* Skilled in building trust, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and navigating challenges.
* Experience in storytelling with data to communicate key messages and influence decisions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Full business fluency in English; location in London or Dubai.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups, management consulting, or tech platforms.
* Background in media, digital advertising, business intelligence, or revenue strategy/operations.
* Proficiency in SQL and Tableau is preferred.
