Are you an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager with a track record of delivering high‐quality interior projects?A leading fit-out contractor operating across Yorkshire is seeking a driven and detail‐focused Site Manager to oversee the delivery of fast‐paced commercial and refurbishment schemes.
The RoleYou will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest finish standards. This role requires a strong communicator capable of managing multiple trades, solving on-site challenges, and maintaining a professional client-facing approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all site-based activities on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projectsCoordinate subcontractors, site labour, and specialist tradesEnsure works are completed to high-quality interior finish standardsMaintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site auditsOversee site logistics, material deliveries, schedules, and quality checksConduct progress meetings and liaise with project managers, designers, and clientsMaintain daily site records, permits, reports, and snagging documentation
About YouProven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out, retail, interiors, or refurbishmentStrong understanding of high-spec finishes, sequencing, and tight programme managementConfident communicator who can work closely with design teams and end clientsAbility to lead multiple subcontract teams in fast‐track environmentsValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
