HR Executive
Whytematter is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join their team based in Cookstown. Our client is a Mechanical & Electrical Specialist, committed to the highest standards of engineering excellence. Innovative and dynamic, this company operates across various industries.
Brief Duties:
1. Oversee all aspects of recruitment and selection.
2. Review the company's group performance management processes to support talent management and staff retention.
3. Nurture staff engagement through initiatives such as staff feedback, Corporate Social Responsibility, and promoting positive working relationships.
4. Provide HR support, guidance, and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures, processes, and employee-related matters.
5. Lead recruitment programs for graduates and apprentices, working closely with universities, colleges, and schools.
6. Identify current and future skills and resource gaps and develop solutions to fill shortfalls through external hires.
What we’re looking for:
1. Minimum 2 years’ HR experience.
2. Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with employment law.
3. CIPD Qualification or working towards one.
4. Proficiency in computer literacy, including Excel spreadsheets and databases.
