Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Geography specialist to join our team and teach in secondary schools across Daventry and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who can bring Geography to life in the classroom — inspiring students to explore the world around them, think critically about global issues, and develop a lifelong curiosity about our planet.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Plan and prepare creative lessons that promote deep learning and critical thinking.
* Assess, record, and report on student progress in line with school policies.
* Support students’ academic and personal development as a Form Tutor.
* Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and enrichment activities such as field trips or geography clubs.
* Take part in departmental meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent – or relevant experience teaching Geography.
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to inspiring and supporting all students to achieve their best.
