What Youll Do: Join an established global manufacturer with a strong reputation for innovation and quality.
Youll take ownership of all mechanical maintenance activities on site, leading a small team and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where youll plan and allocate work, drive improvements, and provide technical guidance.
Youll also liaise with contractors and suppliers, oversee maintenance schedules, and help shape processes in a role that offers real autonomy.
