The Role As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full service operation including workshop and field engineers.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing and developing a team of service engineers Overseeing workshop and field service scheduling Ensuring high levels of customer service and SLA delivery Driving service revenue, profitability and utilisation Managing warranty processes and technical support Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance Working closely with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless customer support The Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has strong experience within heavy plant / construction machinery Has previously managed workshop and/or field service teams Is commercially aware and understands service P&L performance Has strong organisational and leadership skills Is confident dealing with customers and resolving technical xsngvjr issues Comes from a mechanical and/or electrical engineering background What's on Offer £55,000 basic salary Company vehicle Long-term opportunity with a growing dealer Senior leadership role with autonomy Supportive and forward-thinking business This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager looking to take ownership of a growing service department within a reputable machinery business.
