We have an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team at The Felbridge Hotel Gatwick. Our modern hotel features 116 stylish rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing leisure and spa area, complete with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Conveniently located on the edge of East Grinstead along the A22, were easily accessible from the M23 and M25 motorways, making us commutable from nearby towns such as Royal Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, and Horley.

Your duties will include:
* Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
* Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site.
* Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
* Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
