A prestigious Legal 500 law firm based in Birmingham is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Family Partner to join their highly regarded team. This is a standout opportunity to step into a leadership role at a firm known for its excellence in client service, collaborative culture, and complex, high-value family law matters.
The Role
As Family Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of the team while managing a caseload of high-net-worth and complex family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and private children issues. A strong track record in business development is essential, as you’ll be expected to maintain and grow client relationships and contribute to the continued expansion of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the family law team alongside senior leadership
* Manage a caseload of complex family law matters
* Drive business development and contribute to strategic growth
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, client-focused legal services
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with significant experience in family law
* Current or previous experience at Partner or Senior Associate level
* Proven ability to win and retain clients
* Commercially minded with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
