Site Project Manager Lead Construction Specialist

Required Skills:
* Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within the energy or regulated industrial sector
* Strong understanding of construction processes, regulatory standards, and legislative requirements
* Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple interfaces and subcontractors
* Robust knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a track record of maintaining compliance
* Exceptional communication skills for effective reporting, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory interactions
* Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project demands
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
* Experience working on nuclear or highly regulated industrial projects
* Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools
* Previous involvement in site infrastructure development
* Certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or project management (e.g., PMP)
* NEC Contracts
* Ideally, candidates will have CCNSG certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site-based project management role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

* Ability to manage and lead site teams effectively
* Commitment to maintaining rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards
* Possession of relevant certifications and regulatory compliance documentation
