At Enerven, we’re connecting you with tomorrow. About the role Enerven are excited continue our partnership with Origin as we move into Stage 2 of the Eraring Battery Project. The second stage of the project will add a 240 MW / 1030 MWh two-hour duration grid-forming battery to the 460 MW / 1073 MWh two-hour duration first stage battery development already under construction. It is anticipated to come online at the end of the 2025 calendar year, with works continuing to 2026 for Stage 2. Enerven will provide Balance of Plant Design and Construction services. We are seeking an experienced LOTO and Switching Supervisor to be based onsite at Eraring and reporting directly to the Construction Manager. The LOTO and Switching Site Supervisor will report directly to the Construction Manager and will be responsible for: • Overseeing the preparation and checking of HV switching sheets. • Assisting in HV Switching, isolation, permitting and commissioning activities. • Preparing, issuing and monitoring of Isolation permits for site construction and commissioning activities. • Managing all LOTO isolations and lockouts. • Monitoring resource requirements for all LOTO equipment. • Maintaining site LOTO registers and permit folders. • Co-ordinating with site Subcontractors and commissioning teams In addition to the above, as a Site Supervisor you will provide direct leadership and supervision for multiple employees and subcontractors and be the driving force behind our dedicated team delivering a large-scale project on time and to client requirements. We have flexibility across rosters and options to live locally or FIFO/DIDO (roster 11:3 or 10:4) with excellent relocation support or Living Away from Home Allowances. This role will be offered initially on a 12 month contract basis. About you You will bring: • Previous experience in leadership in construction, specifically leading large-scale HV electrical projects • Electrical Trade qualification and a current Electrical Workers Licence • HV Switching Experience and relevant qualifications You’ll have excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills enabling you to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and address project challenges.
