Due to rising energy costs, the business supports customers in maximising their solar output by recommending and installing additional efficiency measures. They manage the full customer journey from initial contact through to aftercare and are now recruiting a motivated Appointment Maker to support their growing sales team. Responsibilities Book targeted appointments for the field sales team
Manage the sales process from initial call to closing
Meet agreed sales and productivity targets
Use campaign data to contact customers and update CRM records accurately
Identify new business opportunities
Achieve monthly sales goals
Comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
Report directly to the Office Manager
Carry out additional duties as required
Experience & Skills Telesales or sales experience (desired)
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Strong IT and CRM skills
Consultative, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach
Ability to recognise and act on sales opportunities
