About The Role:
Our client, a mid-sized practice based in a bustling area of London, is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join their tight-knit team.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience working on UK residential/housing projects, including work in Scotland. You should have proficiency in Revit and strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4–5.
You will be working closely with the Directors, liaising directly with clients and external consultants, and should have on-site experience. Exposure to modular construction and/or high-risk buildings would be beneficial, as would prior experience working on projects in Scotland, along with a strong understanding of Scottish building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Guide the design process across all phases, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standard
* Supervise a small team, ensuring deliverables are consistently of top quality and completed efficiently
* Facilitate design reviews with leadership, providing insights to support strategic decisions
* Monitor and manage project packages at every stage to maintain smooth progress
* Coordinate effectively with external consultants and the broader architectural team to foster collaboration
* Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance and professional development
Key Skills / Requirements:
* Registered ARB Architect with at least 4 years’ experience
* Proficient in Revit is essential for the role.
* Proven experience in leading projects through stages 4-5
* Experience working on UK design-led projects and strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Prior experience working on residential projects in Scotland with an awareness of Scottish building regulations would be beneficial
* An understanding of modular experience would be highly beneficial
