FP&A Analyst

We're looking for an FP&A Analyst with Business Intelligence experience to join our Finance team. This role plays a vital part in driving data-led decision making by designing and maintaining impactful dashboards and reports.
The successful FP&A Analyst will focus on front-end dashboard design, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and the Business Intelligence team to ensure the data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.
Key responsibilities:
* Design, build and maintain user friendly dashboards in MicroStrategy
* Work with stakeholders to define and track relevant KPIs
* Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions
* Validate data accuracy and integrity by working closely with the BI team
* Promote self-serve reporting and champion BI engagement across the business
What we're looking for:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A collaborative, proactive team player with a passion for data storytelling
* High attention to detail and a creative mindset
* Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex business models
* Experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools (ideally MicroStrategy or similar)
* Excellent academic record of achievement
