Monitor market trends and source new suppliers that align with business needs.
Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Analyse purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with the Retail department to forecast and meet inventory requirements.
Prepare regular reports on procurement performance and supplier evaluations.
Resolve any supply chain issues to minimise disruptions to operations.

A successful Buyer should have:
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret purchasing data.
