Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school environment in the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or SEMH
* Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans
* Providing one-to-one and small group support
* Helping students stay engaged, motivated, and confident in the classroom
* Assisting with behaviour management in a calm and supportive manner
* Creating a safe, nurturing learning environment
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children with SEN (in school or other relevant settings)
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine interest in supporting children's development
* Relevant qualifications or training (desirable, but not essential)
