The ideal candidate is a strong leader with child welfare experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting children and families through collaborative, community-based services. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight of Family Networks operations Supervise, coach, and develop program staff Manage relationships with DCF, community providers, schools, and state agencies Lead quality improvement and performance management initiatives Monitor program budgets and expenditures Oversee referral and utilization review processes Facilitate trainings, meetings, and stakeholder forums Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance Qualifications: Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field Clinical licensure preferred Minimum 3 years of child welfare, family services, or clinical experience Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Experience working within DCF or child welfare systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday Annual Salary $65,000 - $75,000 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
