Vice President, Client Processing Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.


Responsibilities

* Lead and manage teams responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data‑driven insights and innovative solutions.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise to provide effective solutions.
* Monitor and assess performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
* Drive strategic initiatives contributing to the overall business strategy.
* Develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement.
* Responsible for the achievement of team goals and talent management.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
* Experience in Corporate Trust or Conventional Trust and Operations management.
* People management experience.
* Continuous improvement mentality.
* Technical knowledge of Agile Methodology and Six Sigma preferred.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
* Experience in implementing Digital Tools.
