Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects across all RIBA stages with technical accuracy
* Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction packages
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Support and manage planning applications and documentation
* Produce compliant technical detailing aligned with UK regulations
* Attend site meetings and monitor construction progress
Required Skills and Experience
* At least 3 years’ experience within UK architectural practice
* Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
* Proven experience in residential technical detailing
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD or willingness to learn
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage workload across multiple projects.
