Job Description
Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre
Location: Salford Quays (M50 3SP)
Salary: £25,450 basic; opportunity to increase to £29,750 in the first 18 months dependent on individual performance
Employment type: Permanent - Full time 37.5 hours per week
Hours and shifts
Our Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 8am – 4pm. Your shifts will be on rotation within these hours, including one Saturday a month.
Training and hybrid working
First 15 weeks: four days on site at Bupa Place (Salford Quays) and one day working from home. You’ll start speaking with customers from week 5 of training. To ensure you get the most out of your training, annual leave is not available during this time. After completing training, you can work from home up to three days a week.
What you’ll do
* Answer a variety of calls to help support customer enquiries
* Authorise or decline treatments in line with company policy; note that not every treatment is covered by the customer’s policy
* Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations and outcomes are recorded
