We’re looking for a process driven Account Manager with at least five years’ agency experience to join our team – someone who enjoys the logistical side of project management just as much as building client relationships.
The chosen person will work directly with the company directors to support in the pitch process and take responsible for developing relationships with both retained and ad-hoc clients. You will be comfortable both observing and asking questions and then willing to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
Your love of detail will enable you to drive our services levels forward by effectively managing our clients, anticipating their needs and communicating them to the wider team.
We have ambitions for growth, and we want you to help us lay the foundations.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
* Own and develop our in-house processes for account and project management
* Work alongside directors to pitch for and win new business
* Autonomously follow up on open quotes and grow existing accounts
* Brief client projects to our creative team and manage workflow, budgets and deadlines
* Manage the client approval process and oversee campaign deliverables
* Manage and report on progress and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate and brainstorm as part of a close-knit, creative team to identify opportunities and ideas and help bring them to life
What you’ll have to offer:
* At least five years in an account or project management role – ideally agency based
* Confident communicator who can manage clients and internal teams with ease
* Solid organisational and time management skills
* A love for process and making things happen effectively
* UK driving licence and a valid passport (occasional travel may pop up)
* Common sense, a friendly, positive approach and a can-do attitude
Nice-to-haves:
* Understanding of marketing theory and practices
* Comfortable using work management platforms such as ClickUp or Monday.com
