Job Summary
The marketing specialist supports the DSA marketing teams by leading and supporting initiatives for key segments, including the crops and chemicals segment, as well as pharma and biotech segments. The role provides essential support to expand the team’s capacity to deliver lead generation campaigns, nurture campaigns for conversion, and support closed-won business.
A focus on digital marketing is crucial to facilitate the movement of leads through the customer journey. Additionally, this role supports the BD/AM teams with sales enablement tools and marketing support for initiatives such as site events. This position can be located remotely in Europe.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and customer feedback surveys, based on data analysis and customer insights.
* Manage the planning and execution of marketing materials, brochures, and web content in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Assist with virtual and in-person events, including webinars, seminars, workshops, chapter events, and conferences.
* Monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, quantify ROI, and optimize future projects.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales managers to develop account-based marketing campaigns.
* Utilize Salesforce.com and Pardot to track opportunities and report on project outcomes.
* Analyze customer journey and experience to suggest improvements that enhance lead conversions through digital tools.
* Maintain a professional and competent image to customers through various communication channels and events.
* Maintain knowledge of all company product lines, with deeper understanding of supported business segments.
* Identify and develop synergistic marketing programs across products and business units.
* Track trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.S.) in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Solid experience in marketing or customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Digital marketing experience.
* Resourceful and proactive self-starter.
