This role focuses on converting leads into confirmed work through consultative conversations, tailored proposals, and excellent client care.
London, hybrid (2 days in-office)
The Role:
* Responding to and qualifying inbound enquiries
* Leading consultative client conversations
* Preparing tailored proposals and costings
* Managing opportunities through to confirmation
* Developing repeat business with existing clients
* Maintaining accurate CRM records
Ideal Candidate:
* Ideally a qualified solicitor, or someone with a background working in the legal market looking to pivot into a client relationship management role
* Experience in client relations, sales, account management, or business development
* Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
* Strong organisational and relationship‑building skills
* Comfortable producing proposals and managing multiple enquiries
