Nursery Nurse – Lancaster (LA1)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with welcoming and nurturing nursery and early years settings in the Lancaster (LA1) area, who are looking to appoint a Nursery Nurse to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children during their crucial early years.
The role:
* Supporting children aged 0–5 with their learning and development
* Creating a safe, engaging and inclusive environment
* Assisting with planned activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Supporting children’s social, emotional and physical development
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
The ideal candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting (placement experience considered)
* Is caring, patient and enthusiastic about early years education
* Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
* Holds or is willing to apply for an enhanced DBS on the update service
