Plumbing Maintenance Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for both scheduled and reactive maintenance on plumbing, heating, gas, and ventilation systems. You will also assist with minor installations and refurbishment tasks, working within a skilled and supportive estates team. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with a light on‑call requirement.
The successful candidate will have a background in plumbing or mechanical services, with proven experience in maintenance environments. You will hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, be Gas Safe registered, and ideally have experience working within larger commercial or public sector sites.

Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance on plumbing and gas systems

Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or related field
