Our Young Person Resilience Workers play an integral role within Change Grow Live, engaging young people in a range of interventions, using a young person-centred approach, and empowering our young service users to reduce risk, increase resilience and lead a safe, happy, and healthy lives. Where: This role will be based across Havering Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week Salary : £27,861.26 - £32,002.35* Allowance: £2,195.72 Outer London Weighting pro rata *Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Key Responsibilities Include: Connect with young people experiencing substance use issues, offering them guidance, support, and structured interventions. Provide advocacy and support for young people by actively participating in all relevant multi-agency meetings. Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to enhance social functioning through support for substitute prescribing regimes, when necessary. Stay attentive to and address potential safeguarding concerns promptly and effectively. Cultivate a nurturing, comprehensive environment aimed at fostering positive health and well-being outcomes. To thrive in this role, we welcome individuals who have: Experience in substance use intervention. Experience of working with young people.
