Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. Your role will be to give expert advice and support to both employees and management on a range of HR and payroll related matters. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: - You drive and have your own transport (due to site locations) - Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Assistant, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Proficient in HR/payroll software and MS Office Suite. - Previous experience with processing/managing payroll. - Membership of a Professional HR body (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) -Desirable. - Experience working with ISO standards or similar compliance frameworks - Desirable.
