This role offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers and management, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and inheritance tax planning.The successful candidate will play a key role in producing compliant suitability reports, conducting technical research, and supporting advisers in delivering excellent client outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the adviser team by producing suitability reports in a timely mannerWorking across a broad range of products including ISAs, Unit Trusts, Investment Bonds, VCTs, pensions, protection, and IHT planningReviewing new business cases and understanding recommendations to produce compliant suitability reportsWriting suitability letters for annual reviews and new business casesInputting fact find information onto Salesforce and maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with advisers regarding missing information and supporting documentationRunning critical yield comparisons and provider illustrationsCompleting and submitting advice sets through SalesforceConducting technical research to ensure recommendations remain compliantLiaising with Business Assurance teams regarding complex cases and concession requestsStaying up to date with regulatory and legislative changesWorking within company advice frameworks and templatesUsing research tools including Analytics and VoyantMaintaining strong working relationships with advisers, colleagues, and managementSupporting workflow management and meeting agreed targetsAttending adviser meetings, workshops, and training forums where requiredProviding feedback on systems and processes to support continuous improvementWhat Were Looking For:Minimum 2 years experience in a Paraplanner roleLevel 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards completion)Strong understanding of financial services regulation and legislationAbility to analyse and transpose technical information accuratelyExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong numeracy and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyHigh attention to detail with strong time management skillsProfessional and discreet approach when dealing with third parties and confidential informationPositive, proactive, and flexible attitude with a willingness to support the wider teamDesirable Skills:Experience using Salesforce or similar back-office systemsFamiliarity with research systems such as FE Analytics and VoyantStrong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience within a regulated financial planning environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHow to Apply:Interested?
