Job Summary
The Salutation Inn is an independent 17th Century pub situated near Castle Combe village & race track, focusing on fresh food, locally-sourced & artisan drinks, and excellent informal service. With a strong culture of incremental improvements, we have firmly established ourselves as the leading local pub in the local area over the last couple of years.
We are looking for a full-time assistant manager to join our team. Balancing attention to detail with the friendliness of a local pub, we serve fresh British seasonal dishes from our newly installed open kitchen.
What we're looking for:
* You will have proven hospitality experience with at least 4 years' of experience.
* You will be the kind of person who wants to share your passion and knowledge for all things food and drink with both colleagues and guests
* Organised with the ability to multitask
* Keen eye for detail
* Able to communicate effectively with the skills to train colleagues
