As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the successful onboarding and installation of our product solutions for clients, ensuring they achieve their intended outcomes efficiently and effectively.
The Role:
We are searching for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Commify. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality technical support and implementation services tailored to their needs.
 * Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing tailored implementation solutions.
 * Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
 * Handle technical configuration and integration of Commify products into clients' existing systems.
 * Provide training and guidance to clients during the implementation process to ensure they can effectively use our solutions.
 * Work closely with sales and product teams to provide customer feedback and aid in product development.
 * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the implementation phase.
The role will develop a range of solutions for our clients including but not limited to:
 * Automations to allow customers to send omnichannel communications
 * Email templates for customers to use via their Esendex automation
 * Mobile optimised web pages on the Esendex Mobile Journey platform
 * Bespoke SQL Reports
 * Chat bots optimised for both SMS and WhatsApp
The Person:
 * Strong understanding of APIs, integration processes, and software development life cycles.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or within a team.
 * Technical proficiency: Have experience of using HTML, CSS, SQL and Javascript.
 * Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
 * Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
 * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Attractive Salary Range (£30,000 - £40,000)
