About the Role: Based at Bedgebury Café, TN17 2SJ, you will be working 30 hours a week (working 4 days out of 7 on a rota basis, with the shift times 8am - 4.30pm). You'll play a key role in preparing and serving meals to a high standard while ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are followed. Bedgebury Cafe is located in the beautiful Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest. This is an award-winning visitor attraction with something for everyone. Open all year, Bedgebury is the perfect place for healthy outdoor activity. Your responsibilities will include Assist with the preparation and cooking of meals Serve food and maintain portion control Ensure kitchen and equipment are kept clean and hygienic Follow health and safety and food hygiene procedures Travel between sites as required Who are we looking for? Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and flexible with a positive attitude What You'll Bring Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
