We have a structured training programme to teach you how to become a successful Recruitment Consultant and how to make a huge amount of money.
Basic Salary: £15,000 to £21,000 plus commission depending on experience
Competitive Commission Structure with the following OTE potential:
1. 1st Year OTE: £45,000 plus
2. 2nd Year OTE: £70,000 plus
3. 3rd Year onwards OTE: £100,000 plus

Your job as a Trainee Recruitment consultant will include:
* Resourcing and calling candidates
* Lead generation and gathering market intelligence
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Building relationships and calling clients
* Qualifying job specifications
* Placing candidates on client sites
The ideal candidate:
* Computer literate
* Have good communication skills
* Be confident picking up the phone
* Be able to quickly build strong client relationships and continue to develop your accounts
* Be a strong team player who has pace, confidence and energy
* Be self motivated and able to work in a reactive environment
* Be able to work to targets
