As the Commercial Manager, you will be: Overseeing, assessing, and certifying monthly contractor payment applications and invoice approvals. Managing retention monies and ensuring payments are in line with contractual agreements. Driving operational efficiencies, ensuring value for money across repairs. Monitoring performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, operational productivity, and commercial performance. Collaborating with internal teams and contractors to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes.
