What You Will Be Doing: Key Responsibilities As a Business Systems IT Graduate at Muntons, you will be responsible for supporting the company's business systems and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of master data across the business. You will provide technical support to users, develop and maintain reports and dashboards, and assist in business improvement initiatives. Your role will involve collaboration with various departments to enhance Muntons' working practices, delivering business improvements to ensure we utilise existing, new and emerging technology to its full potential Key Tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Stay up to date on the latest process, AI and technology advancements to simplify process and improve efficiency Assist in the definition, development and management of a master data governance framework for all Muntons data Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to provide training, advice and guidance for business systems, data collection, use and interpretation Create and maintain dashboards and reports inPowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud Assist in the definition, development and management of a cloud data repository, bringing together cross functional data for greater data driven insight Provide Business Systems first line support to users on break/fix issues logged within the helpdesk Create and maintain system work instructions and training material Prioritise initiatives based on business need and requirements Demonstrate flexibility to ensure continuous cover within the department whilst effectively managing your own workload Work with the IT Management team to ensure recommendations and service delivery reflect our IT strategy, budget and business requirements What We Are Looking For: Customer focused Structured, logical approach to problem solving with ability to prioritise effectively Excellent documentation skills Logical and structured approach to time management and prioritisation Ability to create detailed reports and present actionable insights Flexible in role, willing to take ownership, roll sleeves up and get the job done Articulate and engaging with the whole team at Muntons Solid understanding of database technologies, structures and deployments Solid experience of Microsoft products Windows, Office, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps Solid understanding of data collection, consolidation, manipulation and analytics Appreciation of building workflows, process automation and reporting in Microsoft power apps Appreciation of ERP solutions and associated data/reporting (preferably S/4HANA) Appreciation of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols Passion for technology, curious nature and proactive mindset Key Behaviours and Competencies: Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment.
