Have you experience supporting SEND or a knowledge and understanding of complex needs or experience supporting in a care setting and would like to use your transferable skills to support students in a specialist primary school setting?
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to work in a Specialist Primary School in Trafford for a fixed term position. You will be supporting pupils both on a one to one basis and in small groups. The pupils at this school have various learning difficulties, including autism spectrum conditions (ASC), severe learning difficulties (SLD), multiple learning difficulties (MLD) and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). Several of the pupils have additional needs that they need support or guidance with so you may be required to aid with these (e.g. feeding, administering medication).

The requirements for the role are:

12. Experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs
13. A dedication to helping pupils to achieve their full potential
14. Being a calm and resilient person

The successful candidate will working alongside some fantastic pupils and working with a supportive and dedicated staff team. The staff members at the school are very experienced and highly trained to be able to deliver the best educational experience for the students. You will be working in a very warm and caring environment and will help pupils to excel in their development.
