Role Overview:
Onboarding Analyst
As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto our platform. Working with a team of analysts and software developers, you will analyze client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their specific needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform to run their business effectively. Each client has a unique setup, making each onboarding a distinct challenge.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Setting up user functionalities for margin management.
* Analyzing trade portfolios to identify data requirements for calculations.
* Testing the product for each new client to ensure analytics accuracy.
* Collaborating with clients to deliver maximum value quickly.

Requirements:
* Proven problem-solving skills and a methodical approach.
* Experience in banking, hedge funds, asset management, or fintech.
* Familiarity with enterprise systems, including issue investigation and enhancement analysis.
* Experience in customer-facing roles, building strong stakeholder relationships.
* A degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Economics, Maths, Finance) from a top university (recent graduates preferred).
* Knowledge of derivatives markets, products, and risk management, with a desire to deepen this knowledge.
* Attention to detail and curiosity about the 'why' behind work.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and switch contexts efficiently.
* Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation with Excel.
* Effective communication skills for articulating ideas and solutions confidently.
* Ability to engage effectively with developers and clients via various communication channels.
