About the Role: * Provide strategic leadership and vision for the art department, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and engaging art curriculum across all Key Stages. * Lead and manage a team of specialist art teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment. * Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire creativity and develop artistic skills in students of all abilities. * Oversee the maintenance and development of art facilities and resources, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and teachers. * Plan and organize art exhibitions, workshops, and artistic events, showcasing student talent and fostering a love for art throughout the school community. * Contribute to the wider life of the school community, promoting the value of art and creativity.
