We are partnering with a market leading business in Bristol (3 days a week onsite) on the recruitment of a Change Management Lead on a salaried Fixed-term Contract basis for 12 months initially paying £80 - £90k DOE 10% bonus. This is a brand new position as part of a major digital transformation and will be suited to someone who has solid commercial hands-on experience as well as line management / leadership experience and excellent communication skills. The role would be initially managing 1x Senior Change Manager but would likely have up to 3 reports by the end of the initial 12 month period, with training and upskilling these reports as a major central focus of the role, though will always be predominantly a "hands-on" role moreso than management focussed. The creation of this role and team is due to a major transformation programme involving the implementation of several enterprise back-office systems including Salesforce and Oracle Fusion, so any experience working on projects or programmes with these technologies would be hugely beneficial.
