What You'll Be Doing:
* Working closely with the class teacher to support pupils aged 5–7 in all areas of the curriculum.
* Providing tailored support to individuals and small groups, including children with additional needs.
* Assisting in the preparation of engaging, creative resources and activities.
* Supporting the development of early reading, writing, maths, and phonics skills.
* Creating a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children thrive.
* Encouraging curiosity, confidence and kindness every step of the way!

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting.
* Is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to be a hands-on part of our school community.
* Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team.
* Has a good understanding of safeguarding and the needs of young learners.
* Holds (or is working towards) a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable, not essential).
