About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to oversee and manage energy efficiency projects in line with PAS 2035 and ECO4 standards. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for an organised professional who can ensure projects are delivered compliantly, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate retrofit projects from assessment through to completion.
* Ensure compliance with PAS 2030/2035 and ECO4 scheme requirements.
* Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management.
* Work closely with Retrofit Assessors, Designers, and Installers.
* Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Maintain strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 and ECO4.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Previous experience in energy efficiency, housing, or construction is desirable.
* Proficient with IT systems and project management software.
